Job summary

Navitas Pty Limited is seeking a Senior IT Support Officer to deliver advanced IT service across campuses and business units in the C&I Division. You will build and manage Standard Operating Environments, lead IT projects, mentor staff and ensure policy-compliant service delivery to staff and students.

You will oversee systems administration, Azure/Office 365, Google Workspace, and Slack Enterprise Grid, while coordinating with multiple Navitas teams to maintain secure IT operations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ IT support or systems administration experience.
• Proven expertise in SOE development, deployment and management (SCCM, Jamf Pro).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack Enterprise Grid administration.
• Strong experience with network configuration, security management and provisioning tools.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor IT staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support across campuses and units.
• Build, deploy and manage Standard Operating Environments (SOE).
• Lead testing and deployment of student labs; plan hardware needs.
• Administer Azure/Office 365, Google Workspace and Slack environments.
• Manage networking, security roles, server permissions, and provisioning tools.
• Coordinate with security, server, networking and EUC teams; oversee licensing and vendor relations.
