Job summary

Navitas is seeking a Head of IT for University Partnerships Australasia to provide strategic technology leadership across the division. You will own the IT strategy, governance and transformation, partnering with senior leaders to align technology with business goals and growth across multiple business units and markets.

The role oversees architecture, platform rationalisation and risk management while driving the future IT roadmap, operating model improvements and digital innovation including

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead IT strategy and governance across multiple business units.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication with executive leadership.
• Experience driving large-scale transformation and operating-model improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technology leadership within UPA leadership forums.
• Lead the UPA IT team to deliver a customer-centred IT service to colleges and business units.
• Build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across the Division and Group.
• Develop and implement the UPA IT Corporate Plan aligned to business strategy.
• Own divisional technology governance, priorities and decision rights.
• Lead technology-enabled business transformation to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Shape operating models across technology, people and process.
• Identify and implement technology strategies to support growth and outcomes.
• Influence Group technology strategy and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead divisional architecture and platform rationalisation across colleges and markets.
• Oversee AI, automation and intelligent workflows with governance.
