Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting in Victoria seeks an experienced Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to deliver ICT support to Department of Education schools under the TSSP program. You will manage and maintain complex enterprise environments and work with school staff.

The role requires at least 5 years' industry experience, strong Hyper-V, Windows/Linux server, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry experience, including experience in education ICT or TSSP.
• Ability to manage and maintain ICT infrastructure in schools and enterprise environments.
• Proficient in Windows/Linux server administration and network services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
