Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting in Victoria is seeking a Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to support the Department of Education under the TSSP. This is a senior, non-entry role delivering ICT infrastructure support across schools.

You will manage enterprise environments, collaborate with school leaders and staff, and provide professional development when required. Eligible candidates have 5+ years in IT and strong Hyper-V, Windows/Linux, MDM, and networking skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT experience with senior-level enterprise support.
• Experience in education sector or TSSP program preferred.
• Ability to manage ICT infrastructure in schools and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
