Job summary

Bytewize is seeking experienced IT professionals to deliver technical support services to Victorian schools through the TSSP program. You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools, supporting staff and students in large, technology-driven learning environments.

Role requires 5+ years of industry experience, extensive education-sector ICT expertise, and eligibility to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Not entry-level roles; previous TSSP or education-sector ICT experience preferred.
• Willingness to undergo police/background checks and eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT professional development as needed.
