Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting seeks an experienced Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to deliver ICT support to Victorian schools under the TSSP program. The role covers managing complex enterprise environments, school networks, servers, and staff/student support, with a focus on reliability and education-sector requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in senior IT support, experience within TSSP or education, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry IT experience.
• Experience with TSSP or education-sector ICT preferred.
• Ability to manage ICT infrastructure in schools and large environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT training when required.
