Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting in Victoria is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to deliver technical support to the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP).

You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across schools, support staff and students, administer complex enterprise environments, and collaborate with school leadership on ICT training and projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience with senior-level ICT support.
• Experience in education-sector ICT or TSSP program is highly regarded.
• Strong ability to manage and maintain ICT infrastructure in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
