Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting in Victoria is seeking a Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to deliver ICT support to Department of Education schools under the TSSP. Roles require several years of senior IT experience and a track record in enterprise environments.

You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across multiple sites, administer school networks and servers, and provide professional development to staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in the TSSP program or education sector or equivalent senior IT support experience.
• Experience managing ICT infrastructure in schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
