Job summary

Leidos seeks an IT Engineer with Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administrator experience to join our team in support of a Federal Intelligence Agency contract located in Alice Springs, AUS. You will manage Windows and Linux workstations, perform application troubleshooting, and provide Tier2 incident resolution while coordinating with external teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s with 6+ years of related work and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; additional years accepted in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required; current investigation within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• System Administrative duties managing Windows and Linux workstations on EVD and physical systems.
• Triage, incident resolution, and user support (Tier2) for Windows and Linux apps.
• Remote end-user desktop support and cross-team collaboration to improve user experience.
• Investigate incidents and provide short-term workarounds and long-term solutions; communicate status to stakeholders.

Leidos is seeking an IT Engineer with Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administrator experience to join our team in support of a Federal Intelligence Agency contract located in Alice Springs, AUS.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

System Administrative duties to include management of Windows and Linux workstations on EVD and physical Troubleshooting application functionality, crash and performance Investigate user performance and work with external teams to improve user experience Assist customers with Tier2 incident resolution for Linux and windows applications. Provide remote end user desktop support Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system incidents with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions. Responds to escalated service desk/team requests. Communicate effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals; work well within small and large team environments. Participates in special projects as required. Willingness to provide initial triage, response, and notifications for incidents

Clearance Requirements

Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph with current investigation within the last 5 years. Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Clearance Required

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or a Masters Degree and 6+ years of experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree are acceptable.
