Job summary

Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG) is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician in Queensland. You will ensure clubs and offices run smoothly by providing advanced troubleshooting across desktop, applications, and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on CRM and HCM systems.

You will own incidents end-to-end, support pilots and rollouts, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams. You will work in a hybrid role, bridging Modern Workplace, Cloud, and Security with ongoing knowledge management

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or similar role.
• Experience with HCM and CRM platforms.
• Microsoft certifications or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for the Service Desk, providing advanced troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, systems, and network problems across technologies.
• Troubleshoot Modern Workplace, Cloud, and Security issues and escalate as needed.
• Deliver expert support for CRM and HCM systems, including issue resolution and documentation.
• Take ownership of incidents from report to resolution with thorough context.
• Support IT projects, focusing on pilots and rollouts, with timely resolutions.
• Serve as SME for newly onboarded projects during rollout and improvements.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base articles for consistent service delivery.
• Mentor and train Service Desk staff to uplift capability and knowledge.
