Job summary

Fitness & Lifestyle Group is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to keep clubs and support offices running smoothly by providing L2 IT support across desktop, applications and mobile platforms. You’ll ensure CRM and HCM systems stay stable and user-friendly to support frontline teams and member experiences.

You’ll drive pilots and rollouts of new technology, capture user insights, and translate them into actionable outcomes for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering L2 IT support across desktop, applications and mobile platforms.
• Ability to keep CRM and HCM systems stable and user-friendly.
• Collaborates with business teams to improve IT processes.
