Job summary

Navitas Pty Limited in Adelaide seeks a Senior IT Support Officer to deliver advanced IT support, manage SOEs, and oversee infrastructure across campuses and divisions. The role includes leadership, training, and project involvement to ensure high-quality service delivery for staff and students.

The position requires extensive experience with Microsoft/macOS, SCCM, Jamf Pro, Google Workspace and Slack, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ IT support or systems administration experience including advanced desktop support (Microsoft & macOS).
• Proven expertise in SOE development, deployment and management (SCCM, Jamf Pro).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack Enterprise Grid administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support for desktop hardware, software, network configurations, and classroom technology.
• Monitor helpdesk requests and LMS-related issues, escalating as needed.
• Lead and mentor IT Support staff and manage SOE deployments.
• Administer Azure/Office 365 and networked systems across campuses.
• Coordinate with security, server, networking and EUC teams for seamless operations.
• Develop documentation and lead IT projects and improvements.
