Job summary

Carbiz Replacement Cars is seeking a Senior IT Support Officer to join our Mascot-based IT team. You will provide hands-on technical support, manage Microsoft 365, and oversee hardware, software, and security across the environment.

You’ll own incidents from start to finish, handle onboarding/offboarding, and work with internal staff and external providers to improve reliability and the user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dedicated IT support, service desk, or systems administration role (essential).
• Microsoft certifications or ITIL (desirable).
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Hexnode or similar MDM platforms (essential).
• Experience independently troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
• Experience supporting Windows environments, hardware, software, and business applications.
• Experience managing user onboarding, access provisioning, and secure offboarding.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with Google Suite and security tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, OS, and connectivity.
• Take ownership of incidents and requests through to resolution.
• Manage end-to-end user lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and IAM services.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT assets, including inventory and warranties.
• Collaborate with vendors and external IT providers.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and support tickets.
• Contribute to system improvements and security initiatives.
