Job summary

Built is seeking a Senior IT Service Support professional to deliver reliable, secure and user-focused technology across the business in Brisbane and on project sites. You will ensure teams have the tools and support they need to hit the ground running.

You will provide advanced support across Microsoft 365, hardware, software, mobile devices, collaboration tools and AV technology, helping to grow the IT environment's reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Support, Desktop Support, Field Services or Systems Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, modern workplace environments and end-user computing.
• Experience supporting users across multiple locations, operational environments or project-based businesses.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with creative thinking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; confident supporting people at all levels.
• Experience with audio-visual or collaboration technology is advantageous.
• Exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining or other project-based industries would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise new project sites, ensuring teams have the technology, connectivity and support they need to hit the ground running.
• Provide advanced technical support across Microsoft 365, hardware, software, mobile devices, collaboration tools and audio-visual technology.
• Support the reliability, security and performance of Built's IT environment through a blend of systems administration and service desk activities.
• Deliver face-to-face onboarding, inductions and technology support that enables our people to be productive from day one.
• Build strong relationships across the business while identifying smarter, more effective ways to improve the user experience.
