Airbus Australia Pacific in Richmond is seeking an IT Proximity Support Engineer to deliver hands-on hardware support and manage major incidents (P1), reporting to the Business Relationship Manager and Head of Digital Workplace.

You will partner with end users and internal teams to ensure devices, services, and support are delivered seamlessly, while maintaining security, imaging, and lifecycle processes across Windows 10/11 environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in major IT incident and request management in a complex enterprise IT setting.
• Proven expertise with Windows 10/11, enterprise imaging, and MECM infrastructure.
• Hands-on familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft suite, Google, and AWS environments.
• Strong ITIL process knowledge and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user proximity support for devices (laptops, desktops, monitors, webcams, keyboards).
• Own P1 incidents, coordinate with Service Desk, infrastructure, architecture, and network teams.
• Manage Windows 10/11 builds, imaging, and driver/firmware updates; ensure endpoint security and compliance.
