Smile IT in Brisbane’s Tingalpa head office is seeking a Senior Procurement Coordinator to lead end-to-end IT hardware, software and equipment procurement. You will work with the Procurement Coordinator to secure quotes, manage orders and ensure accurate inventory and licensing records.

The role demands strong vendor relationships, knowledge of licensing and agile coordination in a growing MSP environment. Join a team focused on people and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or logistics.
• Technical awareness of IT hardware.
• Proficient in procurement and inventory management processes.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement with the Procurement Coordinator, including placing approved orders and coordinating delivery.
• Lead vendor and distributor relationships to source pricing, availability and lead times.
• Prepare customer quotations based on requirements and liaise with customers as needed.
• Oversee licensing portfolio and renewals, consumption and licence optimisation.
