Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, SLAs and compliance (ISO, SOC2).
• Experience managing data centers, cloud (Azure/AWS) and enterprise IT environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT or related field; ITIL v4 or PMP preferred.
• IT infrastructure management (Windows/Linux, networking, storage).
• Cloud operations (Azure/AWS), DR and BCP planning.
• Monitoring and automation tools: SolarWinds, SCCM; scripting skills.
