The NSW Government seeks a Senior IT Change Officer in Parramatta with hybrid working supported. This temporary full-time position runs until 30 June 2028 and centers on people-focused change in a technology environment.

Deliver change, communications and engagement activities aligned with the broader strategy.
Create and communicate clear, engaging content across a range of communication channels.
Manage channels to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
Work with stakeholders to understand change impacts, adoption barriers and capability needs.
Coordinate training, demonstrations, information sessions and engagement activities.
Translate complex information into simple, accessible communications.
Gather feedback and insights to improve the approach.
Monitor the effectiveness of activities.
