Job summary

You will craft compelling stories, lead communication initiatives and connect our people nationally through strategic communication, digital storytelling and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification or equivalent experience in communications or PR.
• Proven ability to develop strategic internal comms plans and campaigns.
• Experience advising senior leaders and managing diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic internal communication plans aligned to priorities.
• Provide guidance to leaders and project teams on messaging.
• Create clear, engaging content across channels for a national audience.
• Lead high-quality written, visual and multimedia outputs including leadership comms.
• Manage internal channels for relevance, accessibility and impact.
• Drive employee engagement through storytelling of people and outcomes.
• Support major projects with comms strategies and adoption.
• Monitor effectiveness and advise on channel improvements.
• Mentor team members and share best practice.
