Qualifications
- Strong hands-on IT/IP networking: TCP/UDP, VLANs, multicast, and PTP; Cisco knowledge valued.
- Background in broadcast, pro‑audio or media/OT tech.
- Senior/lead engineering with mentoring experience; management title not required.
- Comfort working across APAC and diverse cultures; potential for people leadership.
- Hands-on and proactive approach.
- CRM experience, Salesforce is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support on complex customer cases involving IP networking, including TCP/UDP, VLANs, multicast and PTP.
- Mentor and support engineers across the APAC team, sharing technical expertise and helping resolve escalated issues.
- Step in on sensitive customer relationship matters, such as billing disputes or SLA concerns, as they arise.
- Build familiarity with the team's case follow-up discipline and customer engagement processes through Salesforce.
- Travel periodically to regional offices and training events
