Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor & Risk / Business Continuity Specialist to join Osborne Park on a 3–6 month contract. You will lead risk-based internal audits, advise on governance, and drive business continuity testing across operations.

You will coordinate with senior leadership, deliver assurance on controls, and help strengthen the organization's resilience against emerging threats. This role requires strong IPPF understanding and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience applying internal audit principles and risk assessment methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Fraud and Corruption Control frameworks and governance structures.
• Experience with process mapping, data analysis, or visual reporting tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute risk-based internal audit engagements per IPPF and audit plan.
• Review audit reports, monitor implementation of recommendations, and report to senior stakeholders.
• Lead BCM framework development, test BCPs, and improve risk indicators across operations.
• Engage with senior leaders to provide guidance on controls, compliance, and risk management.
