Qualifications

• 4-8+ years interior design experience in commercial/workplace fitouts.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit; strong space planning and technical docs.
• Experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
• Confident presenting to clients and managing stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-paced design-construct environments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and attend client meetings, interpreting briefs into design solutions.
• Prepare initial space planning and floorplans.
• Develop look & feel concepts, including finishes, materials, and mood boards.
• Produce and coordinate a full set of design documentation for construction.
• Collaborate with internal project and delivery teams.
• Manage multiple projects across commercial fitout sectors.
• Contribute across all project phases from concept to completion.

With a collaborative and hands-on team, they deliver end-to-end solutions from concept design through to construction and final handover, working closely with clients to achieve high-quality outcomes.

The Role

This is an opportunity for a Mid-Senior Interior Designer to take ownership of projects from concept through to documentation, working closely with clients and the internal delivery team. You’ll play a key role in shaping workplace environments, balancing creativity with technical delivery, and ensuring projects are well-coordinated and buildable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and attend client meetings, interpreting briefs into design solutions

• Develop look & feel concepts, including finishes, materials, and mood boards

Skills & Experience
