Job summary

Sydney Metro is seeking a Senior Executive to lead interface management across major infrastructure projects in Sydney, NSW. The role reports to the Director, Interface (Utilities) and focuses on coordinating utility interfaces, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

The position operates within a hybrid model at the Sydney office, requiring some onsite attendance and remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of utilities and their interfaces across planning, procurement and delivery phases.
• Experience identifying and managing issues and risks with complex third-party interfaces.
• Ability to build effective relationships and provide practical interface management advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage key utility and third-party interfaces across the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert advice on technical interface matters and guide third-party engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Delivery, Design, Legal, Property, Commercial and Operations.
