Job summary

Sydney Metro is seeking a skilled asset management professional to help deliver resilient assets across the network. You will apply engineering judgment and rigorous analysis to support decision-makers and improve customer journeys.

This permanent full-time role focuses on asset performance, risk management and continuous improvement, with collaboration across diverse teams and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure value for money and long-term network outcomes.

Qualifications

About You

• You have proven ability to assess asset performance, identify emerging risks and provide evidence-based recommendations in complex operational environments.
• You build trusted stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes effectively and balance collaboration with assurance, compliance and contractual obligations.
