Job summary

Mace is delivering a complex, large scale infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the community. This project requires leading teams and stakeholders to meet KPIs while embedding safety, quality, risk and governance across all activities.

You’ll manage timelines, budgets, resources and external consultants to ensure effective delivery in a heavily regulated environment. The role suits someone with major programme DM/CM experience in integrated heavy-civils and aviation sector

Qualifications

Must have major programme DM/CM experience.
Experience in integrated heavy-civils environments.
Aviation sector experience is preferred.
Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants.

Responsibilities

Deliver project objectives aligned with the Project Plan, leading teams and stakeholders to meet KPIs.
Champion Safety First and embed robust quality, risk and governance practices across all activities.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and external consultants to ensure effective delivery.
Maintain and update project plans, documentation, reporting and change control processes.
Coordinate communication, procurement and stakeholder engagement to support seamless project delivery.
Promote C2P, digital, data and responsible business principles toward net-zero outcomes.
