Zusammenfassung

Perpetual Wealth seeks an Integration Analyst for a 12 month contract to support onboarding and integration of new advisers into Perpetual Private. Working with the Integration Manager, you will coordinate onboarding activities, manage milestones and ensure a seamless introduction to the business for advisers in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will bring wealth-management experience, strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to deliver adviser onboarding

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years in wealth management with financial advice.
• Experience supporting adviser onboarding or project coordination.
• Knowledge of regulatory framework for personal financial advice.
• Knowledge of Australian platform landscape including investment/superannuation platforms.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate adviser onboarding milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Develop tailored onboarding and transition plans for advisers.
• Own assigned onboarding milestones and drive to completion.
• Coordinate onboarding training requirements to support advisers.
• Curate and improve onboarding collateral to support onboarding efficiency.
