Job summary

Optus is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise integrations across OSS platforms. You will work across the full software lifecycle, delivering scalable APIs and event-driven integrations while contributing to robust engineering practices.

You will lead reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, architecture, operations, and delivery teams to ensure performance and reliability in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of software engineering and systems integration experience in large enterprises.
• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to promote best practices and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise integration solutions across the full SDLC.
• Build and maintain APIs, event-driven integrations, and microservices.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions; mentor engineers.
