Qualifications

• Significant experience in developing detailed project plans for large integration of BoQ/QMR, preparing EoT claims, tender and baseline submissions.
• Experience in construction with eye for detail, proactive attitude and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules in line with the scope of works and project estimates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including cost, EV/PV/PF performance, and detailed project performance insights.
• Work with site teams to ensure resources are available in accordance with the resource plan.
• Assist in maximise plant, equipment, and labour utilisation in conjunction with the Site Manager.
• Assist with the implementation of systems, controls, and training to ensure labour productivity remains within budget.
• Develop 4D construction plans using Synchro software.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Present schedule analysis to internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Analyse schedule deviations and proposed variations to evaluate their impact on project timeframes and resource requirements.
