MUFG Pension & Market Services in Melbourne is seeking an Insurance and Claims Customer Service Officer to handle member inquiries and claims by phone. You will support claimants and solicitors with empathy, accuracy, and ownership throughout the customer journey.

You’ll be part of the Insurance & Claims Contact Centre, working with your team to deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting operational targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner.
• Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive calls.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and accurately.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, claimants and solicitors regarding insurance and claims enquiries.
• Provide timely updates on insurance claims and explain processes clearly.
• Take ownership of enquiries and strive for first-call resolution.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations.
• Build knowledge of insurance claims processes, policies and procedures.
• Meet individual and team KPIs including quality and productivity targets.
• Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across the Contact Centre and MUFG business lines.
