Job summary

BizCover Pty is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to lead how data drives outcomes across the business. You will work with executive leadership to innovate processes and advance from insight to algorithmic enterprise across the value chain.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate scalable analytics, automate insights, and support growth, value, and efficiency initiatives within a hybrid Sydney CBD office environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor in Business, Finance, Economics or a stats-heavy field.

Responsibilities

• Review key business metrics and financial performance to identify improvement areas.
• Conduct financial and operational modelling to support investments and strategic decisions.
• Own initiatives end to end from scoping to delivering measurable benefits.
• Interpret data using analytics and statistics to derive actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with key business areas to coordinate analytical reviews.
• Create visuals and data workflows to enable data-driven decisions.
• Design scalable analytical outcomes and automate recurring analyses.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Customer Operations, Product, Digital, Tech, and other teams.
• Support benefits tracking, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement.
