Job summary

Corrective Services NSW is seeking a Project Manager in NSW to lead planning, development and delivery of a portfolio of infrastructure projects that support organisational priorities and service delivery.

You will provide strategic leadership, oversee projects from business case through delivery, ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes, and work with diverse stakeholders to drive community outcomes within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure or construction projects.
• Governance, risk and stakeholder management expertise.
• Experience in construction planning and statutory compliance (Heritage, BCA, SEPP).
• Ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to drive a vehicle.
• Ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities outlined in the role description.
