Job summary

Ashdown People is seeking a Project Manager to lead a Green Space Infrastructure project in New South Wales on a contract basis. The role requires local delivery experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a small team across the project lifecycle.

You will oversee stakeholder engagement, risk management, and field-based activities, with a competitive rate of $70 per hour including super. NSW WHS compliance knowledge is essential, along with a Class C driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience managing infrastructure projects at a local level across the project management lifecycle.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Landscape, Horticulture or Project Management.
• Five years' experience in these environments.
• Experience managing long duration delivery projects of 3 years.
• Strong leadership of a small team.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to grow others.
• Experience managing broad and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of NSW WHS Act 2011, WHS Regulation 2017 and WHS Systems.
• Experience managing project risks and multiple competing projects within your portfolio.
• Experience conducting this role in the field.
• Class C driver's license.

Ideally you will have experience:

• Across the project management life cycle in an infrastructure environment
• Have a tertiary qualification in the disciplines ofConstruction, Civil Engineering, Landscape, Horticulture, Project Management or related fields
• You will have five years' experience in these environments
• You have experience managing long duration delivery projects of 3 years
• You can command strong leadership of a small team
• You have proven leadership capabilities and, can assist other in growing and developing
• You have experience managing broad and diverse stakeholder groups
• You have an understanding of theNew South Wales Work Health Safety Act 2011, Work Health Safety Regulation 2017 and WHS Systems
• You have experience of managing project risks and multiple competing projects within your own portfolio
• You have experience conducting this role in the field
• Class C driver's license
