City of Sydney is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead a range of public works projects, with a program up to $200m. The role focuses on coordinating design, managing contractors, and ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality targets.

Applicants should have a degree in a relevant field and proven experience in public or private capital projects, with strong communication and risk management skills.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in a field such as Project Management, Building, Architecture, Landscape, Civil/Structural/Services Engineering.
• Proven ability to manage capital works projects in public or private sectors.
• Experience delivering projects within time, cost, and quality targets.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and delivering a range of projects using Building and Construction Industry knowledge.
• Liaising with governing authorities and/or utility providers.
• Coordinating design, managing contractors, providing technical direction and ensuring projects meet time, cost and quality targets.
