Job summary

Public Sector People is seeking a Project Manager - Capital Works to lead a diverse portfolio of infrastructure in Canterbury-Bankstown, NSW. You will drive projects from planning through to completion, with emphasis on streetscape upgrades, public domain improvements, urban revitalisation, road widening, and stormwater works.

You will manage design, procurement, contract administration and construction delivery to achieve on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering streetscape and public domain projects through design and construction.
• End-to-end project delivery experience including construction management.
• Strong procurement and contract administration experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and multiple projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Manage design, procurement, contract administration and construction delivery to achieve on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.
• Ensure projects meet time, budget and quality standards.
• Engage stakeholders and report to Council as required.
• Adhere to Council frameworks and legislation.
