Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Infrastructure Maturity & Assessment to lead baseline assessments and maturity evaluations of enterprise infrastructure estates, translating findings into financially grounded future-state roadmaps that clients can fund and execute.

This role requires depth across compute, network, storage, cloud, and operations, plus proven ability to build TCO models and investment cases, and to present recommendations to CIO and senior technology

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure architecture, or technology consulting.
• 8+ years in advisory or architecture leadership roles, delivering assessments and roadmaps for large enterprise clients.
• 3+ years building TCO models and financial business cases for infrastructure investment, including cloud economics and debt cost.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Run infrastructure maturity assessments across compute, network, storage, cloud, operations, and tooling to establish a baseline.
• Define the future state with target architecture and operating model aligned to client constraints.
• Build costed business cases and investment scenarios quantifying current-state debt and modernization benefits.
• Create phased roadmaps with investment milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Present findings to CIO and senior stakeholders to secure sponsorship and funding.
• Maintain Accenture's assessment methodology and maturity frameworks for ongoing reuse.
• Support business development by linking assessments toTransformation programs and client relationships.
