Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in asset management.
• Proven program, project and delivery leadership in client engagements.
• Established relationships with leaders across the asset management industry.
• Experience leading teams of 2–10 people on client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and client guidance through complex transformations.
• Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior clients to evaluate business and technology at a strategic level.
• Managing large teams and/or work efforts on client engagements within Accenture.
• Interacting with senior client and Accenture management to negotiate significant matters.
• Initiating and leading business development, including client proposals and relationships.
• Driving market research, POVs, capability development, and knowledge capital for the practice.
• Being a visible thought leader in Asset Management with original contributions.
• Engaging in business development to bring Accenture’s value to client growth and innovation.
