Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Infrastructure Resiliency Lead to own IT resiliency strategy and execution for a global client base. This role drives BC/DR, HA architecture, and geo-resilience programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and crisis readiness. Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operational resilience, or technology risk.
• Demonstrated senior leadership with ownership of resiliency strategy, regulatory compliance, or crisis response for large enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end — strategy, governance, and execution across BC/DR, HA, operational resilience, and geo-resilience for global clients.
• Lead DORA compliance and regulatory requirements across financial services and other regulated industries.
• Design crisis management frameworks, including crisis simulations, runbooks, and executive escalation protocols.
• Design geo-resilience architectures — active-active/passive, multi-region failover, with data sovereignty and latency considerations.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO/CRO level — proposals, board presentations, large deals.
• Maintain accountability for commercial and delivery performance of resiliency work, including P&L, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Provide thought leadership on resilience trends, including AI testing, chaos engineering, and regulatory evolution.
