Marshfield Consulting Services is seeking a Delivery Manager/Senior Project Manager in Adelaide to lead complex infrastructure programs. The role focuses on strategy, planning, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects with senior stakeholder alignment.

You will guide teams, manage budgets, and optimize productivity from inception to completion, leveraging a strong leadership and communication skill set.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in an upper-management role, preferably in delivery management of infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects in building, civil, utilities in Australia for 10+ years.
• Excellent leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communicator with negotiation and influence.
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Conceptual thinker with problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage program and project teams for ROI and cross-project coordination.
• Identify requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Develop and manage project budgets and deliver against business goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and produce reports.
