• Experience delivering complex construction projects from the contractor side.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate internal crews.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, cost control and commercial performance.
• Overseeing contracts, variations, risk and project requirements.
• Coordinating internal crews, plant, resources and changing site priorities.
• Managing subcontractors and specialist suppliers where required.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring high standards across safety, quality and project delivery.
