Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Senior Incident Management & Risk Advisor to join the Residential & Customer Operations team in Perth. The role manages incidents and operational risks across the Customer Business Unit, safeguarding continuity, minimising disruption, and driving improvements in risk and resilience frameworks.

You will oversee the full incident lifecycle, coordinate responses, conduct root cause investigations, and strengthen risk management practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in incident management and risk within a complex operation.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and drive risk-informed decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incident management with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Conduct root cause investigations and analyze incident trends.
• Maintain and update the CBU risk register and risk assessments.
• Develop and enhance risk and incident management frameworks and policies.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to improve processes.
