Job summary

Worldpay Pty Limited (SPS) seeks an Implementation Manager to deliver end-to-end payment solution integrations for merchants. You will coordinate with merchants and internal teams, define project scope, and guide technical implementations across geographies, ensuring successful live deployments.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and technical proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, with experience in databases and multi-platform environments.

Qualifications

• Requires proven track record in delivering customer technical integrations and managing complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency in web technologies (CSS/HTML/JavaScript) and databases (Oracle/SQL).
• Experience across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end payment solution integrations for merchants.
• Define scope, manage projects and post-live monitoring with clear project plans.
• Coordinate with merchant, Account Management and technical teams across geographies/time zones.
• Plan and deliver product demos and training on functionality to maximise value.
