Job summary

Netwealth, a leading Australian fintech, seeks an Engineering Manager - Integration to lead our Integration squad and shape how internal teams, partners and third parties connect with Netwealth's data. You will own API design, platform roadmaps and drive secure, scalable integrations.

You'll mentor engineers, partner with Product and Operations, and balance delivering today with building capabilities for tomorrow in a flexible hybrid work model across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in a modern software environment.
• Strong API design and integration patterns knowledge.
• Security governance experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to own outcomes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap and technical direction of API and integration capabilities.
• Build secure, performant and observable APIs for teams and partners.
• Create a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Coach and grow engineers through mentoring and career development.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations and external integration partners.
• Balance today’s delivery with tomorrow’s platform capabilities.
