Job summary

Slade Group is recruiting a Technical Lead to close out integrations and support the go-live of a multi-module HRIS program across northern regional Victoria, including SuccessFactors modules in scope.

You will own technical issues, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, develop run sheets and cutover plans, and drive readiness, validation, and deployment activities to a successful production cutover.

Qualifications

L3 technical support experience across enterprise systems.
Experience troubleshooting across interconnected systems and interfaces.
Strong understanding of integrations, data flows and dependencies.
Experience with coordinating internal teams, vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of technical and integration issues and drive to resolution.
Oversee multiple system integrations, dependencies and interface impacts.
Identify and resolve technical and process gaps across the program.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and partners on design decisions.
Develop and manage go-live run sheets, cutover plans and readiness activities.
Coordinate deployment sequencing, readiness checkpoints and rollback planning.
Partner with Test Lead on production verification testing and post-deployment validation.
Coordinate go-live activities across business, technical and vendor teams.
