Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Security Principal – Identity Security to join its global Cyber Security team. You will act as a senior technical authority, shaping identity security strategy, standards and roadmaps across complex, regulated environments.

You will lead hands-on design and governance for Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity and strong authentication, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver secure identity solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in IAM, identity security, or cyber security engineering.
• Proven leadership in identity security initiatives and architecture reviews.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and hybrid identity.
• Experience with PAM, Conditional Access, and modern authentication tech.
• Knowledge of SSO, identity governance, and PKI best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for identity security architecture and governance.
• Define enterprise identity security strategy, standards and roadmaps.
• Lead design and implementation of Entra ID, AD, and hybrid identity services.
• Strengthen IAM capabilities including MFA, passwordless, and PAM controls.
• Mature identity governance, lifecycle management and PIM across the enterprise.
• Provide architectural oversight for federation, SSO, workload identities, cert services.
• Partner with cyber, cloud, infra and apps teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Lead tenant migrations, cloud transformation and major security projects.
• Improve identity threat detection, monitoring and incident response using MS security tools.
• Mentor teams and advise senior stakeholders on risks and best practices.
