Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking a highly skilled Identity & Access Management Engineer with a strong background in Identity Frameworks. You will design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, aligning with security policies and compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct risk assessments to strengthen identity governance and access controls. The role requires deep expertise in OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and directory services like Active Directory and LDAP,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in identity and access management.
Proven track record of successful identity management projects.

Responsibilities

Design and implement identity and access management solutions.
Develop and maintain identity frameworks for authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity solutions into systems and applications.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in IAM processes.
Provide technical guidance and support on identity management best practices.
Stay updated on IAM industry trends and emerging technologies.
Document processes, policies, and procedures related to IAM.
