Job summary

CareCone Group in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer with 10–15 years of IAM experience to design and implement secure IAM solutions.

You will work across identity frameworks, governance, access management, and security protocols, collaborating with security, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure compliant identity lifecycles and robust access controls.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Experience with OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on IAM design and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain identity frameworks supporting authentication, authorization and lifecycle management.
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and existing systems.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering and business teams.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and security reviews of IAM processes.
• Provide technical guidance on IAM best practices and security standards.
• Develop and maintain IAM documentation, processes and procedures.
• Stay up to date with emerging IAM technologies and security trends.
