Job summary

IT And Project Recruitment seeks an experienced Identity Engineer to support and enhance enterprise workforce identity platforms within a complex, large-scale environment in Melbourne. You will operate, enhance and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, while designing secure identity solutions and maintaining compliance across the platform.

The role requires strong knowledge of IAM protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth, FIDO2, NTLM, Kerberos, LDAP), experience in multi-cloud setups, CI/CD, and

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols and secure identity solutions.
• Experience across multi-cloud environments, CI/CD and version control.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, enhance and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Design and deliver secure workforce identity solutions.
• Monitor platform stability, performance and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership across BAU and project delivery.
• Participate in on-call roster and contribute to continuous improvement.
