Job summary
Australian Financial Complaints Authority in Sydney leads the design and delivery of modern identity solutions to secure access across its digital ecosystem. This hands-on senior role requires ownership of CIAM/WIAM, target-state architecture, and migration roadmaps with practical, scalable outcomes.
You will work with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra External ID, Okta and Auth0, delivering secure integrations and strong governance. Hybrid work options and ongoing professional growth are available.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering enterprise CIAM/WIAM solutions.
- Hands-on with identity platforms and authentication protocols.
- Experience migrating identity from legacy systems.
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own IAM solution design and implementation across CIAM and workforce identity.
- Define target-state architecture, migration pathways and roadmaps.
- Deliver solutions using Entra ID, Okta and Auth0.
- Design secure integrations for applications, APIs and channels with OAuth/OIDC/SAML.
- Implement identity lifecycle, access governance, RBAC and least privilege.
- Strengthen controls: MFA, conditional access and modern authentication.
