Job summary

TEC Partnership in Beverley is seeking a Senior ICT Technician to lead the day-to-day delivery of ICT services across campuses. You will supervise a team of ICT technicians, provide advanced second- and third-line support, and occasionally travel between sites to ensure high‑quality, secure services.

You will manage the ICT helpdesk, maintain systems, networks, devices and user access in line with cyber security and safeguarding requirements, and support digital learning technologies and AV

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher qualification in ICT or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• GCSE/Level 2 English and Maths.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365, ITIL Foundation, or similar.
• A full UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
• Significant ICT technical support experience in a structured environment with Windows, M365, networking, cyber security, and AV/digital learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of ICT services and oversee the ICT helpdesk.
• Line-manage ICT technicians and provide advanced second/third-line support.
• Travel between campuses to ensure high-quality, secure ICT services.
• Contribute to ICT projects and service improvements across the federation.
• Maintain systems, networks, devices and user access with safeguarding and data protection in mind.
