Job summary

Bytewize Consulting is recruiting for Senior Specialist Technicians to support the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program in Victoria. These roles are not entry-level and require 5+ years of industry experience, with a track record in ICT within schools or the TSSP program.

You will manage ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and administer complex enterprise environments across multiple schools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Prior TSSP program experience or education-sector ICT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
